- TECHNICIAN FOUND THAT THE A/C WAS WORKING AND SYSTEM PRESSURES WERE GOOD ON INITIAL INSPECTION. FOUND THAT THE COMPRESSOR WOULD DISENGAGE DUE TO A FAULTY COMPRESSOR CLUTCH RELAY. ALSO FOUND THAT SYSTEM WAS SLIGHTLY LOW ON FREON DUE TO A LEAKING COMPRESSOR SHAFT SEAL. RECOMMENDS A COMPRESSOR SWAP, NEW COMPRESSOR CLUTCH RELAY, SERVICE PORT SCHRADER VALVES, AND RE SERVICE SYSTEM WITH FREON OIL and DYE.
- A/C COMPRESSOR – Remove and Replace – V6 – [DOES NOT include Air Conditioning System recover, evacuate and/or recharge.]
- RECEIVER DRIER – Remove and Replace – All Applicable Models – [DOES NOT include Air Conditioning System recover, evacuate and/or recharge.]
- FLUSH A/C CONDENSER/HIGH PRESSURE SIDE
- Service air conditioner. Check condition of all belts and lines. Evacuate and recharge with reclaimed R-134. Test system performance.
